Meet Valeria Cardona.
Valeria Cardona is in charge of design at EME DesignBuild. She shapes every project from the first conversation to the final selection of finishes — with an eye for warmth, function, and the details that make a home feel personal.

Design that starts with listening.
Before founding EME, Valeria and her husband each built careers of their own — she in design, he in construction. Both were passionate about their work, and both wished more people had access to thoughtful, well-built spaces at a fair price.
That shared idea became EME DesignBuild: a husband-and-wife company where design and construction sit at the same table from day one. Valeria brings the design vision; the construction team brings it to life with precision.
“A home should feel like the people who live in it. My job is to listen closely enough to make that happen.”
Today she guides clients through space planning, 3D visualization, and material selection, always balancing beauty with budget, buildability, and the way a family actually lives.
